Little Bleaching from my Lobo -_-

Well I got home from vacation to find my gorgeous blood red lobophyllia 1/2 bleached. All other corals are doing good, my Whamming Watermellon Zoos almost double in colony size in the week I was away...

Here's some pics:

This was yesterday after I got home from work-

Here is what it typically looks like-

This is the first coral I've ever had trouble with. I think I've nailed it down to swings in temperature w/ NY going through a heat wave right now. I just want to make sure I have all my bases covered. My tank was at 84.8 when I got home yesterday.

Immediately turned the heaters up from 78--> 80. The temperature for sure didn't fluctuate from 78->84.8 since the night time temps for the last week have been around 84 degrees. I set them higher for when it cools down a bit.

To remedy the swings I filled 2 zip lock bags with water and froze them over night, I also from two 2 liter soda bottles with water to float in the sump. I've got a large fan blowing across the top of the display tank, and a small fan blowing across the sump.

I reduced my lighting to come on from 5pm->10pm. Instead of from 12pm-10pm as well. I'm using a 6 Bulb Tek Fixture.

I just called home and the tank temp is at 81 right now, and it's about 90 Degree outside currently. The tank was at 82.8 at 7:30am this morning, so the temp going down is a good sign.

Is there anything else I should do to rectify this? A/C unit is a negative and so is a chiller.

The tank is getting moved to the basement in the next week or two as a permanent fix. I just want to make sure my Lobo doesn't go any farther south.

It did it a bit of frozen cyclopeeze last night as well.
