little fan growth on sps that looks like an eye.

Im working on getting better photos, this shows the eye. a little fan sweeps the water. they are spreading. never heard of these before.

any clue on what these are and how to treat

Barnacles, harmless...

They took over a large section of a colony. So while they are not causing stn or rtn they are out competing surface space. Thanks for the quick answer.
