little red flat worms?

i have a bunch of these little red flat worms in my sps tank. is their any treatments i could use that wont hurt any of my sps, and my mandrin.any info on these buggers would be great.

Flatworm exit will nuke them, but they don't do much in the tank unless you have a population explosion. They aren't nasty like the acro eating ones.

their realy annoying. i just used a pipett to suck out 100 or so.
