little white bugs?

Ive been gone for the weekend and just came back and noticed some things going on in my nano. I left the lights off all weekend btw. I noticed some very small white ciniped looking things crawling around on the rock and even on the shells of the hermits, anyone have an idea? I doubt I'll be able to get a picture.

Those are pods. Everybody's got them, they seem to have a big population for awhile on a new tank sometimes.
