Little White Bugs

Ive got these little white bugs that look like flees on the glass of my tank. Are they pods or should I get frontline for my fish?

there like an alien infestation, my 75 gallon is freakin loaded with mysis shrimp thanks to nanook and live rock i got from him, and isopods, amphipods like crazy to. my 125 got copepods, isopods, amphipods, trying to populate it with mysis shrimp also.

Heck yea never been so excited about having bugs. Been trying to grow them for ages. I guess this is a sign in doing something right for a change. Seem to congregate in areas where this is some algae on the glass. Looks likr the middle pick. Also thanks Stupidreef the frags are settling in quite nicely!
