I have this tiny little white specks moving all around the inside tank glass. They're extremely tiny...but definately alive. Any ideas what they are?

ok...thanks! i got a little worried there for a sec. i never noticed them before
I have some also, but I don't believe they are copepods... I got a magnifying glass to get a closer look and spent a little while on the internet searching and this is what I came up with...

That is the extent of my research, I printed it out and was going to take it to a LFS to see if he'd seen it before and if there is anything I can do to combat them, (right now I'm at several hundred stuck to the glass) nowhere on these forums could I come up with a definitive answer if they were bad or not...

Looks like a hydroid to me too.
