Anyone else getting service unavailable when trying to access "my cart"? Any reason why?

I had the same problem on another fish vendor site around the same time. At around 130am it fixed itself.

The site has been down since at least yesterday afternoon and still appears to be down. Bummed since I was looking to place an order for delivery tomorrow. I contacted them via chat and they said they are actively working on it.

Yes, secure pages on LiveAquaria.com are not working. We are working very hard to fix it believe me! You can call in orders though if you need 1-800-334-3699 7:30am - 10:00pm, CST Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 8:00pm, CST Saturday - Sunday

I was looking to place a larger order for me, probably around $1200, but since I could not do it online and I noticed that they had posted something I really wanted I called them. The real problem is that I usually load my cart up with more than I really can get and delete items from there. Without the ability to view my cart and make adjustments, I ended up having the person over the phone essentially delete almost everything. I was at a place where I only had phone access so I ended up with much less than I wanted. The term "bushy acro" on their descriptions just does not lend itself to this kind of process. I need to know species.

Oh well, hope they get it fixed and hope some of the items I wanted are still available when they do. In the meantime, I will be getting the one item I really wanted tomorrow.

Actually, it's not really down but only not accessible from here (friends in USA browse it with no problem).
I think they restricted the access to USA visitors only...

You are lucky, sometimes it works what you experience could be transient issues...

This is what I see from Italy 24x7 from december:

Same here, I can only view page via Google cache, without pics unfortunately.. Seems like regional restrict.
