Live Aquaria Group Order

In the next month or so, maybe a little bit longer, I will be placing a large Live Aquaria order. I figured that this would be a good time to do a group order as it'd be free shipping. Since the majority of SLASH members are in the STL area it would only be logical for the fish and coral to be delivered somone in the STL area. I would not be opposed to placing the order, but it would need to be delivered to one of you guys for a Friday or Saturday delivery. As I said, it will be a little while before the order is placed, but I wanted everyone to have enough warning. Here's what I will be ordering:

  • 1 Neon Blue Goby @ $19.99
  • 4 orange-lined cardinals @ $16.99 each
  • 1 Green Clown Goby @ $7.99
  • 1 Bicolor blenny @ $10.99
  • 2 True Percula Clownfish @ $18.99 each
  • 2 Peppermint Shrimp @ $8.99 each
  • 5 Cerith snails @ $1.99 each
  • 5 Astrea snails @ $1.99 each
  • 5 Nassarius snails @ $1.99 each
  • maybe a Potter's Angel
My total alone will be $192.74 without the Potters, so it shouldn't be a problem to get free shipping. As I said, it'll be a month or a bit longer before I make this order, but I figured you guys would want to cash in on free shipping :) If anyone would want to volunteer to have this order delivered to your house that'd be great!

Those are horrible prices for -

1 Neon Blue Goby @ $19.99
5 Cerith snails @ $1.99 each
5 Astrea snails @ $1.99 each
5 Nassarius snails @ $1.99 each
2 Peppermint Shrimp @ $8.99 each
You can find better local prices !!!!!

The other stuff is decently priced.
Live Aquaria is becoming more and more of a rip off.

Why are their astreas so expensive? Are they huge or something? If you buy 10 or more at MS, they are $0.75 each; otherwise they are $0.99 each.

I'm a little too far away to have this happen: http://reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=932196

At least LA has a 2 week guarantee!

Your link - He did not say that we gave him 1/2 credit on a new one. Plus he acclimated the first one for three hours, and I personally hink 1 hour acclimation is too long !

Oxygen depletes and ammonia rises.

It's a hard fish anyways. You have to know the odds BEFORE you buy a fish. I think you would know that but I guess not. You have a pointless arguement, but it's your own so have at it :) .
