I just want to commend you guys on the outstanding customer service you provide.
A fish I ordered was not available so only part of my shipment was fulfilled. I was a bit upset since the order was placed solely due to this one fish.
I called asking if i can have a substitute since i really wanted a fish this week.
Live aquaria went out of their way to ship me a different fish without charging me a second shipping fee, now that service no one can beat!
Id like to thank you again from the bottom of my heart
