It seems as though I have some apologizing to do to your company. I am hoping people read this and know when everyone says your customer service is top notch, its truly an understatement. My previous post described my frustrations, and you handled it profesionally, and made sure I was completely satisfied. Its no wonder your company is the only place I, and everyone I have contact with, go to for all my aquarium needs. So thank you for you continued strive for excellence, and customer satisfaction. I will be a life long customer.
