I have ordered fish from them and they are good. The best part is the warranty. No grief getting credit if a death occurs. I don't know about your LFS but round here they have a curb warranty, get to the curb the warranty is over.

LA is the only place I have/will order anything from. You will never get any better service anywhere!

I like LA's service, but to be honest, after doing a few large orders and seeing how some of the fish really suffered from shipping, I think I will stick to buying fish from LFS. I know LA has a great guarantee and everything but unless you are ready to quarantine and treat shocked fish, I would say you are better off going tot he LFS. I guess after seeing the Powder Brown Tang I ordered from them with open wounds , it really made me feel bad, sure they credited my account without question but just think how many fish are killed due to shipping.....
