Live black worms soaking in selcon and vita-chem

I'm curious what your thoughts are on feeding live black worms that I've had selcon and vita-chem in the water with. I got a small amount of them from the LFS the other day to try out. Around 5-6 feedings worth. Since I'm not feeding them solely, I decided to drop about a ml of selcon and around 10 drops of vita-chem into the bag with the worms while they sit in the fridge.

I just fed them today after they sat in the bag for 2 days in the fridge. The fish loved them.
I've read a lot of conflicting opinions already on live black worms. I just wanted to know if they're actually providing any nutritional value to the fish, or are they just basically icecream for them haha. I like to keep a lot of variety in their diet so giving these a shot in the mix. Let me know what you think.

Make sure they are actually black worms and not tubiflex. Many lfs can't tell the difference

California blackworms is the only place in the US you can get live blackworms from that I'm aware of. Google them

You can get them a www.easternaquatics.com too. I get mine though them because shipping is cheaper compared to california live black worms.

I only feed live black worms. They provide more nutritional value than feeding frozen or flake. I soak mine in selcon once in a while just like you did. Doesn't seem to affect the worms at all and the fish sure love it.
