Well, I'm not sure why you would want to when you have "livebrineshrimp.com" right on your doorstep, I believe, in Oak Hills Florida.
In any case, it's a lot of work to get any meaningful quantities. Low density growth is as easy as putting some nauplii in a container and providing food for it. Aeration makes it a little better but some growth will occur within the limits of the oxygen in the water.
