Where can one buy live mysids anyway? I did not realize they could be bought around here? Is the place in Ellsworth the only place? I wonder where he gets his from?

I believe that he grows his own.... he has a culture or whatever you call it and when he has extra he sells them.. I think that in a dedicated tank that it would be doable at home...
The nutrient content of adults mysids is much high than brine. I do agree that brine (sea monkeys) are easy to hatch. Growing large quantities of them to adulthood is a bit harder.
One of Mike Estey's seahorse videos show the simple shed aquarioum mysids cutlure set up where they produce several hundred juvi's and adults (Daily I seem to recall).
