Live Rock and Vantech Fans

My temp in my 24g Aquapod is a little too hot, just wondering if anyone has any ideas on where I can get a Vantech stealth fan for my nano tank. Also, any ideas if 16 lbs of premium fiji rock would that be enough?

vantech is a computer case fan. liked for its low power consumption and low db's. you can use any 60mm with the same spec at your local Fry's or computer supply store. usualy 6-10$$
