Live rock/coral for sale

I have a 12 gallon nano I have been struggling with the past month, the pump fell off and water splashed over the back of the tank and now I am having electrical issues with it. The corals are suffering and I cant kill off the aipstasia. So Im ready to make it a freshwater tank. There is one blue damsel. Lots of purple mushrooms, I had yellow polyps, and some zoos, they might come back if someone had the right lighting.... they are not totally gone. There is a feather duster that seems to be doing ok its purple and white. The live rock/sand and all needs to go. I dont know how many lbs of live rock it is, not too much cus its only a 12 gallon but I had it kinda packed. There are also 2 peices of rock that used to be live rock but overtook the tank with the aipstasia so I thru it out the door. but like i said the corals are struggling between the aipstasia and bad lighting. I know I can evetually fix the electrical on the tank but at the moment I have other things I need to get done and I dont want this stuff to totally die if someone else can benefit from them and bring them back to their original beauty. I live in House Spings and will be home most of the week for people to pick up, the sooner the better tho. Make me a reasonable offer please.I dont have any bags or anything so you will have to bring stuff to take all this home with you.
