Live rock curing

I have 60lbs of LR in the mail. I expect to get it tomorrow. I have a 40 can standing by full of water with a power head and a heater. Do I need anything else to be ready to cure this rock?

some salt...lol...jk i dont thing you really need anything, the die off on the rock from shipping will be more than enought to start a cycle for the rock to become full of bactiria again.

Yea your going to need some more water, its going to stink so bad you wont be able to help it, you are gonna want to change out the water.

Sounds like your set to go. If you have a skimmer, it would speed up the process. I would not use any light at this point.Do be prepared to make 100% water changes.
