I have 2 pieces of live rock. About 5# apiece. Took them completely out of water to kill of some huge bristle worms. Can I rinse this rock and add it to a well established 75. Without any worries.

You should be fine. I've switched LR from one of my tanks to another with no problems.

Since this rock has been out of water for 2 weeks now . Would it now be considered base rock.

IMO, you should have kept the bristle worms. It's a myth that they are pests. they are one of the best clean up crew out there. they can get to places where other clean up crew can't to eat detrivores and they stir up your sand bed.

Yeah but these things were over a foot long and I couldn't get my girlfriend to stick her hand in there to clean the tank. Haha. I understand that u can't have ur sand turned over enough so I will definitely get critters to do that.
