live rock/sand for 29g Biocube

I have been reading up on the live rock and notice that some of the stores offer nano rock packages, meaning the rock is smaller for the nano sized tanks. It also looks like the nano packs contain different types of live rock, not just Fuji. I was wondering if someone can reply with their input on what type rock I should get for my 29g reef tank. If you have the nano rock packages, how do you like it, how is the size and coloring? Also, I know I want to get Live sand but is there a certain type I should stay away from?

Everyone has their preferences. But long term investment I researched a long time and ended up buying the package from TBS. Take a look at their website and the forums here. Richard is an amazing guy and is very customer oriented.
