Live Rock Usable??

So I recently bought a running 90 gallon reef ready tank. I got all the live rock with it. On the way home the rock was in buckets WITHOUT water. About 5 hours. When I got home I put the rock into totes with fresh saltwater.
I am waiting for a new stand and canopy to be built so the tank is sitting in the middle of my living room with totes of rocks. I don't have heaters or power heads on the rocks and they are a bit stinky.
They've been like this 2 weeks now, and my stand won't be ready for another 3-4 weeks.
My question is.... do you think they'll be ok to put into the tank? Or should I let them dry out and pressure wash them? Or just rinse before they go into tank?

Fill the buckets with saltwater and add pumps and heaters. Change the water every couple days until the smell goes away. Then leave them in water till the new tank is up.

Since the rock were kept in fresh water most of the fauna would already have died by now. IMO you should soak them in a dilute solution of bleach and water and leave them to cure for around a week to remove all organics from them, you can then wash with fresh water and let the rock dry to get the all the bleach removed.

I'd probably do a few water changes on the buckets just to help with the smell. Add a heater and powerhead if you want. The beneficial bacteria are way more resilient than many seem to think. When your tank is ready for the rocks, put them in, add substrate, add water. You will almost certainly have a short cycle then, but it shouldn't be too long.

So, five hours dry, then you got them into saltwater. And you're looking at a month wait. They should be fine. Ideally, you'll provide them water movement while you wait to get set up. A little die off and the smell shouldn't be a problem. It'll kick start the dawn of life in your new tank, giving you a fish-less cycle.

Thanks guys.....I was looking at the rocks and there's quite a few dead bristle worms and patches of hair algae. Besides that that rocks are pretty ugly and solid. I'm thinking of starting fresh with new rocks.
Anyone ever buy from addictive reef keeping??
I forgot to add I do have a few rocks in my temporary tank with my coral and fish that could seed new rock
