live rock?

can u have to much live rock? would more be better

You just have to remember that things like water flow are very important. If you have too much LR it could create areas in the tank where water doesn't circulate very much. Could lead to buildup of organic materials that could pollute the water.

Also, you want to remember that too much LR will make seeing your critters and cleaning your tank difficult.

I think the important thing is making sure you have enough live rock, but try not to overdue it, in my opinion. Good luck!

Cleaning tip: Aquascape your live rock at least a few inches away from the glass for easy cleaning of all surfaces.

You could also add some rock to your sump.

Rule of thumb is 1-1.5 lbs live rock per gallon of your tank.
