Live Sand needed at Northwestern

I am travelling to Northwestern with my son. He has been given a football scholarship.

We will be on campus 12/1 - 12/3. If anyone could spare a cup of live sand, not lots of water, I have to get through security. I would appreciate.

I am not sure where I am staying, the coaches are setting that up.

Please let know.

I'd be more than happy to help...What is it you need, One cup of live sand and some water...no problem, otherwise I have a 5 gal bucket filled with old live sand that has been rinsed, so I guess it's not live, or you can have some out of a tank...Guess it depends what you needed it for..let me know pm or e-mail..Carl

Thanks for the midwest welcome. I know from living in Chicago that people are so much more friendly than in NY. Sorry if you are from NYC.

Anyway, I won't be able to travel much, and I don't want someone to travel 15 minutes in Chicago to meet a stranger to hand them a bag of sand. But, that shows all of your hospitality. I would like it if someone on campus or 2 minutes away and you won't be inconvenienced. I be happy to buy you a beer, but I don't know my schedule with Coach Fitzgerald.

I travel the country quite a bit and I love telling people stories about where I got this and where I got that. If this can be easy I want to do it, if not, I will tell the story how folks in Chicago are so willing to help a fellow reefer from NJ.
