Not quite sure what you mean, but on their website,

"The rates you see in the charts below are what you pay. . . there are no extra "Packing Charges," "Box Charges," "Heat/Cool Pack Fees," or "Preparation Fees." If you are comparing shipping fees between us and others, be sure to ask about their "additional fees," and then add them up."

Last time I ordered it was just payment for animals, absolutely no other costs.
