Sent in the order. Should be here tuesday.

leeweber85 - 7 lyretail anthias and some divers den zoas(I think I need to call 1-800-zoasOFF!)

Waverz- Med. foxface lo

Glasspie69- Med. spotted mandarin

Terrible. One of my anthias was dead upon arrival.. then a few died over the next couple days. I'm down to 3 right now and 1 of them has an infection (same as a couple of the other ones had that died) so most likely I will end up with 1 or 2 if I'm lucky. I can't catch the bugger to put it in QT. The zoas I ordered were pretty nice but about half of them were smashed in the shipping bag and are slowly deteriorating. The fox face Jeremy ordered looked like crap and died the next day. I'm very disappointed.
I learned my lesson about QT. It's one thing when you can see the fish before you buy it.... if I ever order more fish online I wouldn't think twice about QT it...it is absolutely necessary.

I can understand one or 2 of the anthias dieing, but they had to of been sick to begin with. I think I should have read up on them more than I did. I just read a scott michaels article that said if you want to try and keep a group you need at least 8 females and 1 male in a 180g+. LAs info just said you need a 125 and they do best with a group of females. However I don't think that is what caused mine to parish so soon. I never even saw them fight with each other.

Jason I'm glad your mandarin is still doing good. Have you seen him eat yet?

Hate to say it but maybe that's why the anthias were on sale. :(

Are they going to stand behind there 14 day guarantee for you?

Yes....they are very good about refunding the money for the fish... no ?s asked... everytime I call them they say "Oh, I'm so sorry" I think it happens more often than not. The only thing they don't refund is the shipping so it was kind of a waste to spend that much money shipping only a couple fish.

Why don't you have them send you more fish? They cover the shipping then, even if it's just for a single fish.

are you sure?

Positive. Especially when you act a little irate. That's what I did after they sent me an injured Canary Wrasse. It died the next day and I complained about it. They wanted to credit me but I demanded that they send me another one and they did without question.

They already refunded my money for 2 of the anthias and the foxface, since most of them didn't make it, or won't make it, I wonder if they would give me the same price on them. I'm not so sure I want to try anthias again though.
