liverpool water - chloramine or chlorine?

I'm getting one of my friends set up with a new RO/DI - wondering if it benefits to update to chloramine filters here in liverpool.

anyone happen to know?

In Short ,as far as I could tell Chlorine is used in pre&post filtration.I couldn't find anywhere that mentioned Chloramine was being used in the treatment process.
