Livestock Compatibility Review - snorvich?

Getting back into the hobby and noticed that the (very helpful) livestock thread was closed. I was hoping that I could get some feedback on the following list.

The tank is going to be 36x24x20, roughly 75g. My intention is to keep 100% SPS, with a lighter fish load. I was also considering clams and cleaner shrimp, but they are secondary to the fish. I was hoping to keep a variety of fish with regard to color, personality, and swimming depth.

Here's the list I'm thinking (all will be added simultaneously):
Chaetodon kleini
Wetmorella tanakai
Salarias ramosus
Gramma melacara
Stonogobiops dracula
Halichoeres melanurus

Any thoughts?

I don't know if I'm an expert, and I know I'm not snorvich, but I'll give my opinion.

The Klein's would almost definitely eat soft corals. It may be alright with your sps, but I personally wouldn't trust any butterfly with expensive corals besides a pyramid or the specific bannerfish.

Like the Tanaka
Love the starry blenny
Love the blackcap
Shrimp gobies are among the most interesting fishes we keep in the hobby. I believe the tiger postal shrimp would be the partner it would want

I love most of the Halichoeres wrasses, including melanurus.

The only compatibility issue i see is possibly with the Tanaka and the melanurus.

I closed that thread because with health related issues I could not respond in a timely fashion.
Thanks, I'm sorry to hear that Steve.

I've got about six months to go before I even get the tank, so if you have time, I'd definitely appreciate your feedback.

Thanks for your help. Is your concern that the melanurus will bully the Tanaka?

I am going to continue to research the angel, but I might take the chance. I haven't seen any reports of it eating SPS.

I am on the fence about a pistol shrimp because of the mixed reports on it killing burrowing fish, and the likelihood of the angel eating it.

No, the right pistol shrimp for Stonogobiops species is Alpheus randalli (candy cane shrimp).

The much larger Tigers - Alpheus bellulus - are usually found with the larger watchman gobies. The Tigers are also much more likely to move a lot of sand to places where you may not like it.

Thanks for the correction, throewer. I see fishbase lists A. randalli as well.

I don't have experience mixing possum wrasses with Halichoeres spp, hence my wrasse comment. What do you folks think?
