Lobo and Wellso not doing well, all of a sudden??

I have been checking the phosphate with my Hanna 736 meter about every 2-3 days. Lately, the phos has been reading from 0.02 to 0.07. I have a Lobo & Wellso that have started to show some recession. I haven't made any major changes to the lighting lately, since getting 2 X 60 watt LED pendants about 1.5 months ago.
The Lobo & the Wellso are sitting on the sand about 22 inches from the top of the water and with the LEDs about 10 inches above the water line. All of the other params are good.

Any suggestions? Normally the Wellso is puffy and full of water. Now it's shrunk up and hasn't been puffed up in 2-3 days.

Just a thought, but I'd watch those hermits. I got rid of all the ones I had when I caught them crawling over the wellso when it was trying to inflate to feed.

I had a 4-bulb HO T5 fixture on that side of the tank (bulbs were ATI and Geismann and were only 2-3 months old) and then got LEDs about 1-2 months ago for my birthday. It was doing really well with the LED and growing. Possibilities: It could be the swings in the phos (0.03 to 0.1 after feeding the Sun Polyps), maybe the alk being at 7 for a bit (it's at 9 now) or those hermits. I'm keeping a good eye, as often as I can. Someone in another forum suggested that the flow might be too low, so I tilted the powerhead down more (it had been moved after a cleaning). Also, another person said I can't give TOO much light to a Wellso. Should I leave it on the sand or move it up higher, where it would be sitting on a rock? I don't think think I've seen a Wellso on a rock before, but I also haven't seen anyone with a 24 inch deep tank for displaying corals for sale.
