Lobo and Wellso not doing well

I have been checking the phosphate with my Hanna 736 meter about every 2-3 days. Lately, the phos has been reading from 0.02 to 0.07. I have a Lobo & Wellso that have started to show some recession. I haven't made any major changes to the lighting lately, since getting 2 X 60 watt LED pendants about 1.5 months ago.
The Lobo & the Wellso are sitting on the sand about 22 inches from the top of the water and with the LEDs about 10 inches above the water line. All of the other params are good.

Any suggestions? Normally the Wellso is puffy and full of water. Now it's shrunk up and hasn't been puffed up in 2-3 days.

i've never really had problems with wellso's or lobo's chuck, but maybe someone in the lps forum could help you, they are topic oriented & pretty knowledgeable. i'd hate to try & advise you on something that i've not really experienced.
