Lobo not looking good

I picked up my first lobo last Friday. It has continued to look worse and worse. Now I can see the spines on the sides sticking out. I have tried enticing it to open its mouth and feed but I can't even get it to extent its tentacles. Any Ideas?

Water Parameters:
PH:8.0-8.1
Alk: 8-8.4
Calcium: 475
Magnesium: 1400

150 gallon tank. Lobo sitting on the bottom in the sand in a low flow area.
Running 2 reefkeeper LED units

HELP

Hard to really say.

Salinity? Temp? Any other corals in the tank or nearby? How old is the tank and what's it stocked with fish wise? Sooo many things it could be.

Easiest answer is that it was "sick" before it even got to your tank from improper handling on its way to wherever you bought it. Seems like it takes a while for a coral to start going downhill fast if all water parameters are close to acceptable - which I'm assuming yours are. So for a coral to look bad and keep looking worse just over 6 days, I'd say it's just continuing a downward spiral that it started long before you saw it.

But that's just a wild guess.
