Lobo Problem

I have a lobo that I bought one month ago. It was a beautiful red and pink specimen. It was damaged in the bag. The end where it was damaged started to recede, but has now stopped. It has bleached somewhat and doesn't fully inflate. No feeders are ever present. I have it on the sand bed under a slight overhang so that it didn't get too much light from my radions. Water tests as follows:
Kh is 9
Ca is 440
Mg is 1350
pH is 8.1
Nitrates at 0
Phosphates 0.03

Is there a way to coax the feeders out of it? Thank you all in advance!

I feed my lobos in the middle of the day by turning all my pumps on and putting a generous amount of food right on the lobos mouth. They typically consume the food in a matter of minutes and their feeders never come out, so give it a try.
