Loc Line and BeanAnimal

I've got all 1.5" plumbing that scales down to 1" where the return gets to the tank and splits. So it's 1.5" to a T above the tank that splits the return into two 1" lines. I know there is no 1" loc line. So can the two 3/4 loc line handle the high flow if installed right at the end?

No pics, but if I can try to explain it better...
The 1.5" come up the back middle of the tank.
When it gets to the top, I have a 1.5" T that reduces down to 1" to send the return to the left and right side of the tank. So at the ends, I would like to install loc line so I can adjust the direction of the return flow.

what gph pump do you have?

what size overfrlow drain pipe size do you have?

how far up from the pump itself(approximate length of tubing is the vertical ascent the pump has to pump?

a T will reduce the output drastically.

Sorry I checked and I was not accurate (It has been more than 1 year :-)
I have 3/4 and split to 2 1/2 not 1 to 2 3/4

MD only has 3/4 to 2 3/4. So you might have to find a way to reduce from 1 inch to 3/4 then use this

Another option is looking on ebay. They have all kinds of loc lines adapters there. good luck with your set up. Let me know if you need more help and if I can help :-)

Ok, I picked up the 3/4" to 3/4" splitters at my LFS.
I got a 1" to 3/4" adaptor at home depot so it shrinks down right at the splitter.
Hopefully that will minimize the restriction and now I have 4 return lines entering the tank.
Thanks!
