Loc-Line installation

How do you transition from nylon braided tubing to the loc-line plumbing? I have a 2 hole tank right now and would like to use both holes for a herbie overflow while running the nylon braided hose up the back of the tank and transition to Loc-line for my return. How can i accomplish this?

Are there transition pieces I will need?
