local glass shop

Is there any local glass shop around Roanoke or Salem where i can get some pane of glass cut to size ?

any local glass shop should be able to cut it but they might want to charge an arm an a leg how thick is the glass you want cut anyways

well i'm looking to get to 1/2 inch glass if i can find any around here. I know glass cages sells it online but it's too much of a hassle.

i would just get it from glass cages cause a local shop is going to hit you in the head trust me i ppriced it here around lynchburg an a piece of glass 1/2 6foot by 30 inches is like 300 or 400 dollars an 50 dollars each to have holes drilled in it. so glass cages will probly be the best plus they will deliver to roanoke.

There's one on Williamson Road between the civic center and Berglund, on the left if you're coming from the civic center. Maybe that's a was, can't find it on google. Guys that had their own shop further down Williamson that were really good went to work there. Nice guys, they both had the same name, John or something real common. It's been a while tho so they may not be there

thanks all, i called glass-cages couple of days ago to order some glass, should get it today, they drop it off at the TA truck stop on i-81. Had pretty good experience with them, the staff was nice despite of what others said

yeah thats what i suggested cause the local glass shops are all insane on the prices
