Local mature, pest-free tank?

I'm looking to add some biodiversity. Wondering if anyone local has a longstanding relatively pest free tank that might spare a scoop of sand or some rubble. I started with dry rock and bottled bacteria. Looked into getting some TBS LR for this purpose, but they wanted like $80 for a baseball piece of cured rock. Pass. Hard pass actually.

Anyone got anything local that might have started with real Ocean Rick?
Thanks!

I do. "local" is a little relative, but I'm in the cuse fairly regularly...

Depending on what you're hoping to gain, I may or may not have the diversity you're looking for.

*insert star wars joke*
These aren't the critters you're looking for.

Pest free is the relative part for me. My tank is not that old but all of my rock is very mature, some of it is covered in sponge and has been in systems for probably 20+ years. But some of it when I bought it was covered in aiptasia, and I have battled caulerpa racemosa. Both are now "gone" more or less but you know how that goes. But no red bugs, flatworms, etc.

Thanks guys! Prose’s father has an old school reef that’s been running for many moons. Decade plus. Pre-prefab rock.

I’m just trying to fit all the i’s & cross all the t’s as I try to figure this tanks ashes out.
