Local Prodibio Reviews

I've been using biodigest and bioptim in my 46 gal... I've noticed a reduction in algae.... the main thing I don't like about them is the glass containers you have to break to open them :) whats wrong with a screw top...heh.

because it has to be completely air tight, i thought...

It's hard to really offer any really conclusive results to the use of the Prodibio products since most users have only begun using them and none are really doing so in a scientific manner. We need some big gun like Randy to chime in eventually.
I've been using them for 3 months now and definitely think I see an improvement.
Eric only mentioned to me in passing that he thought they were a pain to use but then he has a lot of tanks to apply the Prodibio products to and they just come in those small glass ampoules--efficient packaging metheod but akward to apply.
What are CV and AAHC, btw?

This is the end of week three and I am impressed.
The colors of my corals are noticeable better. There seemed to be a very rapid coloring Thursday on some of my corals, mainly the red ones followed by the blue ones.
My son came down from Atlanta this weekend and said wow. My wife who does not pay much attention to the corals asked me what I was doing to make the corals more colorful.
I am very pleased but I wish it was packaged with a better delivery method. I cut the daylights out of thumb Friday.
I started CV Saturday.

nikonosis

I am dosing digest and bioptim with reefbooster and CV.
The corals are still coloring up.

everything in our tank is open super big and is looking really good since we started dosing digest.

any one else? Update? i was hoping for faster resultsin my tank, i am not totally sold on the product as of yet.. anyone else getting results anywhere similar to iwan?

I'm not using the reefbooster anymore. Everything got happy as heck when I dosed it, but as I was told the skimmer will go flat. What I don't like is ( even without touching the skimmer adjustment ) the next day it has to go through a overflow stage before settling down to normal.
Does anyone else get the same result?

that happens to me as well.. but only for the night.. i dose at 9pm, by the next day my deltec is back at it...

Same here Bebo77
All is well in short order. Like the results so far.
Rob, not a camera guy but wish I was.

I am still getting great PE, nirates are 0 and I am feeding more often to the corals and fish. Growth is very good. Blue and red corals are looking better than ever. Greens about the same. No more Cheato in the refug.
The only thing I have changed besides feeding more is going from a weekly 10% water change to two 5% water changes a week.
