Local Stores

here's a link to the orca page that has links to some lfs in town-and some near the beach. the one i would suggest is on there.

i'd suggest it, but it would start a fight and get this thread closed!! i'll pm you a couple you should check out.

how is the lfs selection in atlanta? would hope it would be good, considering the public aquarium you guys have is so good. figured there'd be a big demand up there.

I think its ridiculous that this is what the ORCA page has come too! People are afraid to post an honest answer to a question? You shouldnt have to PM someone when you have an opinion. Don't we live in the freakin USA? How about answering the question from the poster and not commenting on what other people have to say....b/c that is there opinion and they are free to post it! I feel like were all back in kindergarden.

I would go to Sea in the City if you want designer SPS/ORA frags/ and frags in general. I know she just got in some ORA SPS that have not been offered in a while. She also usually has African Blue Xenia(cespitularia) frags if your interested and they do great in an SPS reef. Ocean blue has bigger corals if your interested in colonies. I was there an hour ago but not super inmpressed. Lots of algae on some 1/2 dead colonies and a few bad acro crabs. Not starting some reef nerd debate on LFS, there were a few nice pieces but go see for yourself before you hate. Have fun Nuclear, it's finally starting to feel good outside! :)

I was at Sea In The City this evening. She has so many insane coral frags there, I was drooling. Unbelievable. You will not be able to decide what to get.

Stoney, your avatar is really grossing me out

I agree with Sea in the City. I just moved here and have been looking for a good store. I heard go things about the store. At first I was a little worried about the size of the store, but she has some of the most healthiest, beautiful pieces that I have seen in Orlando. She has some nice zoos.
