does anyone have any advice on how to care for a LTA, i was given this as a gift from a friend.

Setup: 10g bowfront w/ led lighting Koralia1 and a 20i whisper,

Stock list: 1 clown, 1 camel shrimp, 1 flametail blenny and a scooter blenny, and a sand sifting star

Corals: Green star polyp and Kenya tree

It won't survive in your system. All you can do is find it a new home, and quick.

I agree.He wouldnt last long in there.Get him out.Take him to a store.Trade him in.Just be sure he goes to a good home.

i have a 30 gallon cycling with 2 t5s, whats wrong with the current one and how should i care for him

I have seen LTA's that stretch and take about 20 gallons of tank space. The one that I have in my 65 may grow 2 big for the system. Lighting is important also. LTA anemones are prone to bleaching.

Even in the 30,the lighting isnt good enough.The size in the first one,the lighting,and the requirements for the anemone is what is wrong with the first one.Non of it adds up.

+1 sand sifting star...It will destroy your sandbed!
