Hello Everyone,
I put what I beleive to be a Long tentacled Anemone in my tank a few days ago. It just refuses to settle down anywhere plus it seems to be shrinking and deflated at times. It was beautiful at the fish store. I have MH lighting and all tank perameters are good. Should I try feeding it something besides krill??? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Jason

LTAs tend to travel a lot IME. Enough that I got rid of mine. I had mine under halides too. I saw the tragedy coming. I knew that if I did not get rid of it it would have found a power head.

You just have to find a place in the tank where it's happy w/ light and flow.
Maybe carefully corral it w/ a couple rocks until it can anchor.
I've heard they like sand, but both mine are anchored to small rocks, and I like that, it's conveniant if I have to move things around.
I've had my LTA and Sebae for 3 years, and I don't think they've
moved more than a couple inches.
Mine like medium flow, and medium to bright light
Try to leave it alone for a couple days, it can pull in brine or mysis
on it's own
