Do you have sand in your tank at least 2-3 inches deep? This type of anemone prefers to bury its foot in the sand, It usually will not attach to rocks.
got good light 1600 watts plus vho actinics i did turn off the 400w light right above it though. flows been turned down. i made a little spot for it in the rock it stayed their for 6 days until yesterday and it was at the bottom of the tank.
LTA attaches in the sand, usually prefers about 4" of sand to bury itself into... put it on the sand and give it an hour or two to settle in with lower flow on, hopefully itll take...

You can also fill a plastic cup with sand and let him bury his foot in it, then you can place him higher in the rock so he can get more light. I made a hollowed out piece of rock out of ceramic clay and then fired it so I could do this. it seemed to work, the anemone seems happy.
