Long thin green hairs (help ID)

Hi! Can anyone help me ID this?

I have some long thin green hairs growing from one piece of live rock that I cannot seem to find an identification for... the strands have gown out to about 6-7 inches over the last two and a half months, and there looks to be about a dozen of them emanating from the rock. They are just starting to split into smaller branches at the ends. I will try to attach a pic, but as this is my first post, I am not sure I can.

TIA for any help! :)

To add...

The hairs/strands are growing from a rock in the bottom third of a 24" tall tank.

They are strong enough to lift the rock without breaking off or pulling out of the rock.

For lighting, I have a mixture of 6k, 9k, 10k, blue, red, and lunar blue LEDs (not 100% sure on the nm for the blues and lunar blues).

My LED fixture is running a sun rise that goes from 0 to 60% from 7:30a to 8:30a (6k, 9k, reds, and blues), then mid-day higher intensity adding the 10k LEDs from 11:30 to 2:30 (also ramps the 10k's from 0, then ramps back down), and then a sun set program that takes everything but the lunar blues back down to 0 by 5:30 (the lunar blues run for total of 12 hours from 10a-10p).

Params via API:
Ph - 8.2
NH3/NH4 - 0
NO2 - 0
NO3 - 5-10 ppm
PO4 - 0
Ca - 440-460 ppm
dkH - 9

Interesting... I did not know that there was a more straight growing rooting Chaeto (only ever seen the free-floating squiggly stuff...)

Thanks for the help!
