From my experience (so take this for what it's worth), the key to all this is simple: Don't over stock, don't over feed. The hard part is actually doing it.

Looks like yellow porites. I have coral envy. I've been trying to get nate to cough u[p a piece of his but apparently these babies grow very slowly.

I don't remember what Nate called it (I'm horrible with coral names), but he did say it is a VERY slow grower.
