Long Way To Go 260g Mini Ocean

Good evening and merry christmas to you =)
During the last days I made it.
I finished with the grant part of building my new 260g tank.
The first pics I show you, are made when the tank was first filled with water.
Later on I´m gonna post some pictures how it looks with a part of my current livestock in it.
This time I didn´t waste time on a long tank cycle. I´m using the Sangokai
products, that will allow me, to build up a stable biology quickly.
For the aquascape I used 100 pounds of dry Reef Rock, which is not taken from the sea. They mine it on the land. The rock feels the same like the live rock I used to have in my tank, because ages ago it was part of the sea.
I gave it a power wash and let it soke in a bleach for one week. After that I put it in a rain barrel with clean water for another week. I changed the water every other day.
The tank was deliviered and honestly I have to say I´m really happy with it =) It is well manufactured and exactly made to the plan I handed them out in the beginning.
After I set up the tank on the self made stand, it was time to get it wet =)
For water purification, I got myself a INGA RO Freeflow 1500.
This unit is said to be capable of purifying 1500l a day. The real liter/day ratio is more of a 900liter/ day. But anyway, it works great and the tds meter shows the right number, so I´m fine with it.
As for lighting I decided to go with my trusty ATI Hybrid 3x75w T5/LED. In the future I will add the new ATI FLEX System, which will hopefully come out in next years spring. I´m striving for a 0.75w/liter ratio. My old tank did well under this light amount and hopefully so will the new.
For filtration I´m using the ATI Powercone 250 IS with the new Jebao skimmer pump which works awesome. Just a few days of skimming and the cup is full with nasty junk. I love it. As an addition I will start a caulerpa refugium next week, when my LFS reopens after christmas.

In one image you can see a nearly death acro.
I got this specimen last week from my reefing buddy, hopefully it
will regain health. The tissue necrosis did stop, so chances are there.
My fish seem happy. Some do have some white spots, but they eat and look as always. So I guess they will be away during the next days.

my tank is now running for nearly 2 months.
I got a nice coral growth and my fish are nicely colored and healthy.
But there is something which is real pain in the ...
I got a bacterial bloom for 3 weeks now.
It doesn't affect the fish or corals, but it looks horrible.
Is there something I could do to fight the bloom? I do weekly water changes
around 5% of the tanks volume.
Id be really glad to get some advice

Looks like you're fighting more than just a bacterial bloom. You have cyanocobacteria also. That could be from a number of things from lighting, to lack of flow, to over feeding, to a combination of all the above.

So today I added a 35w UV device. The tank starts to slowly become clearer
Also I went to a large similar to your petco LFS yesterday and bought a small Hippo tang.
He/She is beautyful, healthy and likes to swim and swim and swim and swim annnnd eat
