long white worms on my zoas

Has anyone every had long white worms get on their zoas? I had some on mine that seem to coil in a fine, close "s" formation sort of like what one sees with pictures of the small intestines. The worms completely covered some polyps and started to kill them perhaps by blocking the light or by some other parasitic action. I was able to physically pull some off. I soaked some of my zoas in Revive Coral Cleaner by Two Little Fishies. The next day they were gone. Is there any way to get rid of these worms from my system altogether? I will not be suprised if I see a reoccurance of this problem.

I have not heard of such. Are they harmful? For some reason they were covering some smaller zoas. The colony is doing well now that the worms are removed.

I need a picture to ID it, could be a peanut worm, they coil up into holes, spaghetti worm could also be a option, maybe even vermitid snails if they spit out webs from their calcium skeleton.
