To be nice to the guy...he did say "up to 150" and that would be about the going rate for a 55-60 gallon tank with a light rock load, and used equipment...maybe a PC light. He picked a very high, optimistic top limit, but who can fault him for that. Complete systems sell for a lot less than the sum of their parts (which is why parting out is always preferable if you want the money.) Trust me, as somebody who has bought, parted out, and sold complete systems for a profit; you can get some very nice tanks for the 400-500 dollar range.
