parameters are fine. except nitrate which is about 10 ppm.

are there any tips to help it regain its bacteria and can i also get an ID? :D

[welcome]

It will regain zoax ( can't remember how to spell the whole thing, they are an algae, and not a bacteria. ))

Anyways, time, good water quality, feeding, and proper lights will be the key.
Water should be,
Ammonia, 'trites, 'trates and phosphate 0,
temp 78-83
ph 8.2 (( plus/minus .2, but stable ))
Salinity 1.026

Do you know what lights it was under before you got it? And what size tank do you have? ((( want to make sure you don't have too much light too soon ))

thanks for the reply.
it was under some white t5's i think. my tank is 75L and the only problem is nitrate which is consistent stuck at 10 ppm .

I would encourage you to change your bulb to 10K or at most 14K. Zooxanthellae grow best closer to daylight.
