looking for 48" metal halides

uh no thanks lol. i have ordered from them in the past and went agaist everyones sayings of dont get them. one small fire later and 300+ dollars for new lights.... i think ill pass but thans

well, Dan, are you looking for HQI/T5, HQI/CF, HQI/VHO??? and why, your lights are great, you just need individual reflectorfs and it will perform more than what a MH can do. Why spend $300 on a new light, when you can spend $80 on fixing up yours?

And also, 250W would be one light, on a 48" ficture, that wouldnt be nearly enought lighting to cover your whole tank, maybe just the middle or one of the sides. I just did some price checking, and i havent seen any halide systems that are 48" that had anythign less than 500W.hahahahaha, your whole house will shut down Dan....lol
