Looking for a Challenge

Hello RC I'm looking for two difficult to care for species of fish to keep. I have been in the hobby for 4 years now and my current tank is a 75 gallon mixed reef I have broken caring for it down to science. I've been collecting equipment over the past few years and my tank is pretty much maxed out I have a skimmer that is rated up to 400 gallons, a 13" by 18" algae scrubber lit by two 150w metal halides, a Neptune Apex w/ Lab Grade PH, and a Jebao DP4 Dosing pump which has proven itself quite reliable. I also have reactors and other misc. pieces of equipment on standby that have been put out of business by my current setup but are there just in case. I only do water changes to replenish the stuff I can't test for. Everything from zoas to acros seem to flourish the only thing I can't get to grow in my display is microalgaes. Now there's a reason I told you all that and that's because I have 2 drilled tanks that I plan on plumbing into my current system. I have 40 breeder and a 60 rimless cube. I would like to set them both up as species only tanks and there are so many cool challenging species out there it's hard to choose. I am planning on setting one of them up as a macroalgae display not sure which one yet and the other I'm not quite sure. Here's a list of animals I've considered and researched so far:
Yellow Tail Wrasse Harem
Phsych Head Wrasse Harem
Flame Wrasse Harem
Any of the Larger Species of Seahorses except Potbellys due to temp reasons
Bandensis Cuttlefish
Flamboyant Cuttlefish
Harlequin Filefish
Blue Boxfish Pair
Potters Angel Harem

I have access to all of these species except Flamboyant cuttles but my LFS says they can get in their eggs. Now these are just the species I've looked at so far I'm open to any suggestions. I like all of these animals a lot but I have to narrow it down to just two species. One species for the 60 rimless and one species for the 40 breeder. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.

Flamboyant Cuttlefish gets my vote. I always found them really fascinating, but they only live one year or two max if I remember right.

Orange spotted filefish pair would be a good one. Or how about just trying to breed mandarins or clowns and raise the fry. That would be a good challenge.

I would use the larger tank as a macro tank and try bbreeding dwarf angels or something like that. Using the tank as species only like all flame angels 4 or 5 of them

Adult cuttlefish need a pretty big tank, otherwise when they jet, they slam into the glass walls and hurt themselves. And if they ink you need to get the ink out, or it'll clog gills.
