Looking for a cheap 20" strip light

My kids "rescued" a baby painted turtle. Guess who gets to set up his new home (like I really mind).

All is well and he is settling nicely in to his remodeled 10 gallon home. I have a basking lamp, but need some general lighting. Namely, I need a 20" strip light. I have a new 18" T8 bulb, so I just need the fixture . Black is the color of (extreme) preference.

I could also use a few cheap plastic plants to spruce the thing up.
