Looking for a clam for a 46g

I have my T5 5x39 and good flow on my tank now. water param had been stable since I really pay attention to my tank.

I want to get a clam but since my tank is small, I know I don't want a giga. 36x12 (16 bow area)x18

I want something that's maybe blue or teal but around $50 to purchase, yet doesn't go over 6-7 when fully grown.
-Is there such a clam for me?

btw, I have my 2 mjmod that will alternate every 1 1/2 hour but the sand drifts between sides when they first starts.
-Will the sand blowing be a problem with clams?

Any advise, ideas, and suggestions?

Sand blowing could be very much a problem, depending on how much- if it's a tiny bit, they just blow it out; however, if it's constant, I'd say it would be dicey to keep one on the sandbed, as a clam would find it really irritating. A Crocea or Maxima match the size you're interested in; if you find one that's already attached to a piece of rock or what not, you could keep it high up on the rock without a problem. Trying to get them to attach up there initially on their own tends to be a complete hassle. Good luck!
