looking for a decent return pump

hey trying to figure out what pump i should go with in my sump for my 30 long tank im keeping sps just fyi and i was wondering what would be good for the sump the sump is about a foot away form the tank and about three feet lower then the tank i have a gen ex pump on it now and has alot of flow but im going to be using that on my skimmer

If you are happy with what you have buy a second one.

I have used Ocean Runner, ViaAqua and Quiet One and have had good luck with all of them.
